Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
1. The MYM Promise
In the world of jewelry, we're quite the perfectionists. We work hard to ensure you're thrilled with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy comes into play.
2. Love-At-First-Sight Guarantee
If the sparkle in your piece doesn't bring an instant smile, don't worry. You have a 5-day window from the day you receive it to let us know you'd like to send it back for a refund. Please note that the jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returning the item. 3. Craftsmanship Guarantee
We're confident in our craftsmanship, but we know things can happen. If your jewelry piece has any manufacturing defects, we'll replace it, no questions asked. Just reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll make things right.
4. Shipment Damage
If your jewelry had a bumpy ride and arrived damaged, we're on it. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your damaged piece, and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent your way.
5. Change of Heart
Not quite what you imagined? No problem. Let us know within 5 days of receiving your piece, and we'll set the wheels in motion for a refund.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we've received your item and are processing your request. We'll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
6. Exclusions
Please remember, our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
