We understand the sentimental value of your custom piece, which is why we want it to last a lifetime. As a small gesture of our appreciation, we provide a complimentary polishing cloth with each purchase, along with a jewellery to store your MYM piece and some extra care tips to ensure your jewellery looks its best. To help preserve the uniqueness of your custom-made necklace, we recommend taking extra care to protect it from potential damage.
Please keep in mind that scratches and knocks are normal signs of everyday wear, and while we design every single MYM jewellery to be durable, we cannot control how it is worn.
Here are some general care instructions to help keep your MYM looking its best.
Clean your jewellery regularly. Use your polishing cloth to gently wipe away dirt and grime.
Remove your jewellery when showering or bathing, especially when on the beach, in the ocean, or in chlorinated pool water.
Remove your jewellery when applying make-up or creams to avoid residue getting onto the piece, which can dull the shine of your MYM.
Never expose your jewellery to household cleaning products, especially bleach and highly reactive solutions.
Remove jewellery before going to bed.
Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
Avoid spraying perfume or hairspray on your jewellery, as this can jeopardize the integrity of the materials.
Avoid wearing your jewellery when doing physical work such as exercise, housekeeping, or gardening.
